▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device (20) has a substrate (21), a reflector layer (22) carried by substrate, a first dielectric layer (23) is provided over reflector layer and a graphene layer is provided over first dielectric layer and having a perforated pattern. The perforated pattern comprises a square array of openings (26). A second dielectric layer (27) is provided over graphene layer. A first electrically conductive contact (29) coupled to second dielectric layer. A second electrically conductive contact (28) coupled to graphene layer. The first dielectric layer comprises polymer material. USE - Optical detector device. ADVANTAGE - The applicants showed that is possible to achieve constructive interference between incident and scattered electric fields and enhancing the absorption on the graphene nanomesh by coupling this perforated graphene to an optical cavity. Applicants have demonstrated for the first time that the direct excitation of cavity-coupled plasmon enhances the optical absorption in mono-layer graphene theoretically to around 60% and experimentally measured 45%, due to the strong coupling between LSP and optical cavity modes.
