NOVELTY - Protective coating comprises A component and B component, and the weight ratio of the A component and the B component is 10:3, where the A component comprises 35-55 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated fluorine-containing polyurethane prepolymer, 15-30 pts. wt. organic solvent, 5-30 pts. wt. pigment filler, 2.5-7.5 pts. wt. functional filler, 0-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-3 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 0.001-0.02 pts. wt. drier, where the hydroxy-terminated fluorine containing polyurethane prepolymer is 5-15 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 4-10 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 30-50 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 50-120 pts. wt. polycarbonate and 35-75 pts. wt. fluorine containing hydroxy resin as raw material and adding 70-120 pts. wt. solvent and 0.5-3 pts. wt. catalyst synthesis, the component B comprises 35-65 pts. wt. fluorine-modified isocyanic acid pre-polymer and 35-65 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - Protective coating for rotary wing of helicopter. ADVANTAGE - The protective coating has good flexibility and elongation rate for coating, and high strength for coating. The fluorine-modified isocyanic acid prepolymer improves the resin cross-linking density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing protective coating for rotary wing comprising (i) adding 70-120 pts. wt. solvent, 5-15 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 4-10 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, heating and stirring at 60-80℃, then adding 30-50 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate and 0.5-3 pts. wt. catalyst, then raising the temperature to 60-80℃, reacting for 3-6 hours to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer, adding 50-120 pts. wt. polycarbonate into the system, 35-75 pts. wt. fluorine containing hydroxy resin, maintaining the temperature, stirring and reacting for 0.8-1.2 hours, raising the temperature to 80-100℃, continuously stirring and reacting for 3-6 hours, then reducing the temperature to obtain hydroxy-terminated fluorine modified polyurethane prepolymer, (ii) synthesizing hydroxy-terminated fluorine-modified polyurethane prepolymer and pigment filler, functional filler, flatting agent, dispersant, then mixing the mixture with sand mill to fineness is less than 30 m and preparing color paste, then adding flatting agent, ultraviolet light absorbent and drier, and stirring uniformly to obtain the component A, (iii) mixing modified isocyanic acid organic solvent uniformly to obtain the second component, and (iv) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B according to weight ratio of 10:3 to obtain the protective coating for rotor wing.
