▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene short plush comprises surface yarn, middle yarn and bottom yarn. The surface yarn is made of 30-150D/0.39-2.7 dtex draw textured yarn (DTY) low stretch yarn containing graphene. The middle yarn and bottom yarn are made of 50-100D terylene filament containing graphene. The raw material of the surface yarn accounts for 55-70% of the fabric. The raw material of the middle yarn and bottom yarn accounts for 30-45% of the fabric. USE - Used as graphene short plush. ADVANTAGE - The graphene short plush has natural antibacterial, anti-mite, anti-static, far infrared and UV functions, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene short plush comprising preparing the raw materials of the surface yarn, middle yarn and bottom yarn by adding polyester slice with 1-15 mass% graphene masterbatch to obtain DTY low stretch yarn containing graphene, melt spinning to obtain partially oriented yarn (POY), and elasticizing to obtain face yarn; obtaining middle yarn and bottom yarn polyester filament by adding 1-15 mass% graphene masterbatch in polyester slice, melting and spinning, warping the DTY low stretch yarn containing graphene and terylene filament raw material as the middle yarn and bottom yarn at 450-550 m/minute, and using tension ring section control, where the front section is 14.5 cN, the middle section is 12 cN, and the back section is 11 cN disk head; weaving the disk head using GermanKarlmier warp knitting machine, and obtaining blank cloth; pre-molding the blank cloth on hot air stentering and shaping machine; napping using steel needle napping machine, where the blank cloth extending line is broken to form plush; dyeing using high temperature and high pressure jet overflow dyeing machine, reverse wool feeding dyeing, and consequent printing machine printing; softening the product after dyeing by adding 10-30 g/L organic silicone softening agent; scalding and cutting using hot air to blow the floss with different lengths, trimming and flattening; and shaping the finished product at forming machine temperature of 160 degrees C.
