▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has an artificial surface plasmon waveguide (3) whose two sides are symmetrically connected with a micro strip line signal conversion transition part (2) that is connected with a micro strip signal transmission part (1). The artificial surface plasmon waveguide is provided with a low-noise power amplifier module (5) that is symmetrically fixed on two sides of a graphene sandwich structure (4). A dual-layered metal strip structure is formed with a top layer and a bottom layer. The micro strip line signal transmission part is orderly overlapped with a metal conduction band. USE - Graphene based artificial surface plasmon integrated dynamic adjustable transmission device. ADVANTAGE - The device adjusts applied voltage of graphene in miniaturization under attenuation, transmission and amplification states. The device has better application prospects.
