NOVELTY - A rotary supporting gear tooth surface with wear-resistant coating comprises a gear tooth surface (1) orderly provided with a pure metal transition layer (2) and a high performance wear-resistant layer (3). The metal in the transition layer is chosen from metals of groups VB, VIIIB and IB. The wear-resistant layer is a composite metal powder layer. USE - The rotary supporting gear tooth surface with wear-resistant coating is useful in large hoisting machinery, medical treatment, navigation, war industry and new energy applications. ADVANTAGE - The rotary supporting gear tooth surface has excellent wear resistance, compactness and stability. The pretreatment method can fully remove the oil stains, dust or oxide existing on the surface of the substrate, thus improving the bonding force with the coating material, so that the wear-resistant layer can fully exert the wear-resistant effect. The multielement two-dimensional material can be used as strengthening phase to enhance the hardness of the composite metal, and as lubricating phase to optimize wear resistance of the gear tooth surface, thus preventing the tooth surface friction layer from falling and making the friction performance more stable.
