NOVELTY - Sound insulation building material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. hemihydrate gypsum cementitious material, 10-20 pts. wt. modified bentonite, 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene foam, 5-15 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 2-10 pts. wt. organic fiber, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 2-10 pts. wt. dispersible polymer powder, 3-9 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 2-8 pts. wt. chitosan, 2-10 pts. wt. collagen fiber, 2-10 pts. wt. polyurethane, 2-10 pts. wt. diatomite, and 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. retarder. USE - Sound insulation building material. ADVANTAGE - The sound insulation building material has small thickness, has good sound insulation effect, and has good market prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of sound insulation building material by (A) preparing polyurethane composite emulsion by weighing and mixing polyurethane and diatomite in water, stirring for 20-40 minutes at 100-250 revolutions per minute, adding dispersible polymer powder while stirring to obtain paste, drying paste in high temperature box at 80-150 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and cooling to obtain polyurethane composite emulsion; (B) preparing base material by mixing hemihydrate gypsum cementitious material, modified bentonite, polystyrene foam, gypsum powder, organic fibers, graphene and calcium carbonate, and drying at mixture at 160-180 degrees C for 20-40 minutes to obtain base material; and (C) preparing sound insulation building material by mixing polyurethane composite emulsion with collagen fibers, curing to form fiber mesh, adding base material to fiber mesh, calcining at 200-250 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and cooling to obtain sound insulation building material.
