▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-hybrid composite comprises a saccharifying enzyme immobilized on a nano-composite and magnetic nano particles bonded to the surface of graphene oxide. USE - Nano-hybrid composite used for preparing bioethanol (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for producing a nano-hybrid composite involves preparing a nano-sized magnetic particle by mixing a metal salt containing magnetic metal and surface-modifying the nano-magnetic particle, preparing graphene from graphite and surface-modifying the graphene, preparing a nanocomposite aqueous solution by mixing the surface-modified nanomagnetic particles with graphene, and mixing and agitating the saccharifying enzyme in the aqueous solution of nanocomposite to immobilize the saccharifying enzyme on the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles; and (2) a method for producing bioethanol, which involves mixing the nano-hybrid composite with biomass and water, and performing fermentation to produce bioethanol.
