NOVELTY - Preparation of ultra-high specific surface area diltiazem codoped porous graphene comprises washing biomass material containing keratin, drying and carbonizing in tube furnace under inert atmosphere to 200-300 degrees C for 1-5 hours; adsorbing under reduced pressure in alkaline solution and drying; heating under inert atmosphere in tube furnace to 200-350 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, activation treating to 600-900 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours and cooling naturally; and pulverizing, pickling, filtering and adding water until neutral; and vacuum drying in oven. USE - Method for preparing ultra-high specific surface area diltiazem codoped porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has wide raw material source, low cost, no pollution, simple operation and high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ultra-high specific surface area diltiazem codoped porous graphene comprises washing biomass material containing keratin, drying and carbonizing in tube furnace under inert atmosphere to 200-300 degrees C for 1-5 hours, where biomass material is solid carbon source, nitrogen source and sulfur source; adsorbing under reduced pressure in alkaline solution and drying; heating under inert atmosphere in tube furnace to 200-350 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, activation treating to 600-900 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours and cooling naturally; and pulverizing, pickling, filtering and adding water until neutral; and vacuum drying in oven.
