NOVELTY - A graphite alkenyl hydrogel having moisture content of 90-99.5% comprises graphene and non-graphite carbon material. The non-graphite carbon material is carbon nano tube, carbon black, acetylene black, carbon fiber and/or carbon nanoparticles. The mass ratio of the non-graphite carbon material and graphene is (0.01 to 20):1. USE - As electrode material of super capacitor active material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite alkenyl hydrogel has moisture content of 90-99.5%. The graphite alkenyl hydrogel has high specific capacitance value, good high-rate charge and discharge characteristics, and hence it is suitable for electrode of super capacitor. The graphite alkenyl hydrogel solves the problem of existing technology such as toxicity of reducing agent and complex operation. The preparation method of graphite alkenyl hydrogel is simple, fast and pollution free. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing graphite alkenyl hydrogel involving weighing graphite, and reducing agent according to the mass ratio of 1:(1-1000), where the reducing agent is KOH, NaOH, LiOH and/or ammonia, oxidized graphite into graphite oxide, dispersing into water to form graphene oxide water dispersion liquid, adding reducing agent and non-graphite carbon material, ultrasonically peeling off, where the frequency is 20-100 KHz, the power is 40-1000 W and time is 0.2-6 hours, to obtain graphene colloid dispersion liquid, vacuum rotary evaporation or centrifuge processing of the obtained graphene colloid dispersion liquid until the moisture content of 90-99.5%, and dialysis or vacuum filtering and water washing to obtain graphite alkenyl hydrogel.
