▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch of long glass fiber reinforced nylon composite material comprises (i) placing 1000 ml three-necked flask in water bath, adjusting temperature of water bath to 60 degrees C, adding 400 ml formic acid solution and 40 g low molecular weight nylon to the three-necked flask and stirring, dissolving low molecular weight nylon completely in the formic acid solution, adding 120 g diethyl aluminum phosphate and melamine polyphosphate compound flame retardant powder to the solution, continue to stirring for 30 minutes, taking out mixture in three-necked flask, drying and crushing to micro-capsulated modified diethyl aluminum phosphate and melamine polyphosphate compound flame retardant powder, and (ii) adding 55 wt.% low-viscosity nylon 6 as carrier, 35-43.8 wt.% flame retardant powder, 1-8 wt.% nano-material flame retardant synergistic agent, 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant and 0.1-1 wt.% lubricant, melting, extruding and granulating by double-screw extruder. USE - The method is useful for preparing halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch of long glass fiber reinforced nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves flame retardant efficiency, reduces the dosage of the flame retardant, reduces the low falling phenomenon. The material is environmentally friendly, and has good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch of long glass fiber reinforced nylon composite material prepared according to above mentioned method.
