▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing a graphene masterbatch material with a polybutadiene material, zinc diacrylate, zinc oxide, and a peroxide initiator to form a core mixture, where the graphene masterbatch material comprises 0.1-80.0 wt.% graphene mixed with 99.9-20 wt.% carrier polymer; and compression molding a core from the core mixture. The core mixture comprises 40-90 wt.% polybutadiene, 0.4-2.5 wt.% graphene material, 1-30 wt.% polyisoprene, 10-50 wt.% zinc diacrylate, 1-30 wt.% zinc oxide, 1-20 wt.% zinc stearate, and 0.1-10 wt.% peroxide initiator. USE - Method for forming a golf ball with a graphene core. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to enhance the durability of golf ball rubber core by using nanofillers such as graphene in a well dispersed form. The aging properties of the golf ball is improved due to the incorporation of graphene in the core for better retention of compression and COR over time. The incorporation of graphene is dust free, as graphene stays in masterbatch.
