NOVELTY - Preparing composite anticorrosive coating comprises dispersing the graphene in aqueous ammonia solvent by using X-ray laser dispersion method, so as to prepare the graphene dispersion liquid, adding anti-precipitator, mixing with the aqueous epoxy resin, magnetic stirring to prepare composite anticorrosive material, using the fluorocarbon finishing coat or polyurethane finish coat in epoxy coating system, changing the color of the primer coating film through the top coating, and adjusting the color of the coating film. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite anticorrosive coating, which is useful for cable-stayed bridge inhaul cable. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts top coat to change the color of the primer film, and adjusting the coating film color, thus improves the corrosion resistance and aesthetic performance of the cable-stayed bridge; adopts graphene to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of composite anticorrosive coating comprising (1) storing the prepared graphene epoxy resin anti-corrosive coating in ventilation, drying and preventing sunlight directly irradiating the glass container, insulating heat source far away from the heat source, packaging the container, and sealing, (2) controlling the temperature of the substrate at normal temperature, drying the surface for 1 hour, and drying for 24 hours, (3) mixing the graphene epoxy anticorrosive coating with fluorocarbon finishing coat or polyurethane finishing coat in the epoxy coating system, stirring for 25 minutes at normal temperature until uniform, (4) placing the mixed coating into the spraying device with the nozzle size of 2-3 mm, the nozzle pressure is greater than or equal to 0.4 MPa, spraying the surface of the inhaul cable of each cable-stayed bridge in the air, (5) spraying the inhaul cable, to ensure the inhaul cable surface coating spraying uniformly, using manual electrostatic spray gun, and realizing uniform spraying the inhaul cable in a short time, and (6) filling the surface of the inhaul cable coated with the paint with oily sealing wax, and preventing water or water from entering the inner layer through the outer layer, and protecting the two layers.
