NOVELTY - Preparing rigid polyimide foam material comprises using Pickering emulsifying method, which specifically comprises preparing precursor solution, foamed white material, foamed black material and rigid polyimide foam material, respectively. USE - The method is useful for preparing rigid polyimide foam material. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improve the uniformity of mixing of reaction raw materials, so that the reaction of black and white materials is more complete; can enhance the heat resistance of polyimide foam material; can improve the flame retardant performance and mechanical strength; uses a mold with variable volume, which can adjust the density of foam, and increases the yield by 10-20%; and greatly reduces the cost.
