NOVELTY - Lubricating oil comprises 0.005-10 wt.% graphene, 0.001-5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.001-5 wt.% dispersant, 0.01-20 wt.% mineral oil, 0.01-20 wt.% alkylbenzene, and 40-99.7 wt.% base oil, the dispersant is hyper-dispersant with anchoring groups. USE - Used as lubricating oil containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The oil has good and stable dispersion and suspension properties, and long shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the oil comprising (i) adding petroleum ether into the graphene according to mass volume ratio of 1 g: 20-80 ml, then adding coupling agent and dispersant, uniformly mixing, and refluxing for 0.5-1.5 hours at 86-92 degrees C to obtain mixture A, (ii) vaporizing and recycling petroleum ether, and drying the mixture A at 100-110 degrees C in vacuum for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain modified graphene, and (iii) adding white oil and alkylbenzene into the modified graphene and stirring in 55-65 degrees C oil bath condition and reacting for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixture B, and (iv) adding base oil into the mixture B, grinding and dispersing for 20-40 minutes to obtain the oil.
