NOVELTY - A graphene-based and non-metallic tailings foam lightweight wallboard comprises 55-75 wt.% non-metallic tailings, 0.05-15 wt.% graphene, 1-15 wt.% vermiculite, 0.05-15 wt.% high-temperature cosolvent, 5-20 wt.% high-temperature fibers, 0.05-5 wt.% foaming agent, 1-20 wt.% zirconia, 1-10 wt.% clay, 0.05-5 wt.% stabilizer and 0.05-5 wt.% peptizing agent. USE - Graphene-based and non-metallic tailings foam lightweight wallboard. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight and environmentally-friendly graphene-based and non-metallic tailings foam lightweight wallboard has excellent aging resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation property, sound insulation property, waterproof impermeability, crack resistance and fire-retardant property, and high strength, and is prepared efficiently by simple method with reduced consumption of energy.
