▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional and high thermal conductivity composite resin with structural orientation comprises (a) firstly preparing composite material and carbon fiber with a length of 0.05-10 mm, and mixing to obtain composite fiber, (b) gluing the surface of organic plastic board, and placing inside the electrostatic flocking device as a counter electrode, (c) placing the composite fiber in the powder bin of electrostatic flocking equipment, and setting the different parameters to obtain functional carbon fiber substrate with vertical orientation, (d) adding carbon fiber substrate into resin, and then adding into curing box for curing operation to obtain composite resin, and (e) peeling off the cured composite resin to obtain composite carbon fiber resin with vertical orientation, then testing thermal conductivity of the composite resin in a thermal resistance meter, and testing the electromagnetic shielding ability and strength. USE - The method is useful for preparing multifunctional and high thermal conductivity composite resin with structural orientation. ADVANTAGE - The method: can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of the resin; can greatly improve the functionality of resin material, which has reinforcing function; and can improve the mechanical properties of composite resin.
