NOVELTY - Preparing anti-corrosion and aging-resistant coating comprises (1) pretreating by hydrolysing and self-polymerizing ethyl orthosilicate, and using ammonium bicarbonate to make porous silica, and using silane coupling agent to pretreat porous silica and using glycerol triglycidol ether pretreats graphene oxide, (2) preparing modified silica by reacting pretreated silica with pretreated graphene oxide and then react with ethylenediamine, 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl chloride reaction to prepare modified silica, (3) preparing modified epoxy resin by reacting isophorone diisocyanate and dimethylol butyric acid to prepare prepolymer, and reacting prepolymer, polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin to prepare modified epoxy resin oxygen resin, (4) preparing coating by adding triethylamine, pure water, modified silicon dioxide, and ethylenediamine to the modified epoxy resin in turn, mix and stir, and prepare a corrosion-resistant and anti-aging coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-corrosion and aging-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant anti-aging coating has excellent corrosion resistance and ant-aging performance and has higher degree of modification.
