NOVELTY - All-solid-state lithium secondary battery comprises a positive electrode comprising a positive active material, a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, and a first binder; a solid electrolyte layer positioned on the positive electrode and including an oxide-based solid electrolyte and a second binder; and an anode positioned on the solid electrolyte layer and including an anode active material. USE - All-solid-state lithium secondary battery for electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The all-solid-state lithium secondary battery is stable even at high voltage and is capable of realizing high capacity and high voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing all-solid-state lithium secondary battery, which involves preparing a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material, a sulfide-based solid electrolyte, and a first binder; preparing a solid electrolyte layer including an oxide-based solid electrolyte and a second binder; manufacturing a laminate by laminating the positive electrode and the solid electrolyte layer; and disposing a negative electrode on the laminate to prepare an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery.
