NOVELTY - Preparing environment-responsive aqueous lubricant comprises (i) adding temperature-sensitive polymer and amphoteric compound into reaction device, introducing nitrogen into bottle, adding N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, cuprous bromide and N,N,N',N'',N'''-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, adding water and surfactant, stirring, dripping ethyl 2-bromopropionate, sealing and reacting to obtain milky white micro-gel solution; (ii) adding functionalized graphene and catalytic amount of diazabicylo into micro-gel solution, reacting to obtain graphene-containing temperature-sensitive micro-gel; (iii) performing dialysis treatment of graphene-containing temperature-sensitive micro-gel by using de-ionized water to obtain micro-gel additive; (iv) adding sodium hydroxide into chitosan, placing chitosan aqueous solution into dialysis bag, dialyzing by using phosphate buffer solution to obtain chitosan additive; and (v) mixing micro-gel additive and chitosan additive, and diluting with water. USE - The method is useful for preparing environment-responsive aqueous lubricant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous lubricant: is sensitive to temperature and pH; has relatively low friction coefficient of about 0.15, preferably 0.1, and greater lubricating performance when the temperature exceeds the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) value or pH is less than 6. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing environment-responsive aqueous lubricant comprises: (i) adding temperature-sensitive polymer and amphoteric compound into reaction device, introducing nitrogen into bottle, adding N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, cuprous bromide and N,N,N',N'',N'''-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, adding water and surfactant, stirring to mix uniformly, dripping ethyl 2-bromopropionate, sealing and reacting for 4-6 hours under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain milky white micro-gel solution; (ii) adding functionalized graphene and catalytic amount of diazabicylo into micro-gel solution, reacting for 3-5 hours at 40-50 degrees C to obtain graphene-containing temperature-sensitive micro-gel; (iii) performing dialysis treatment of graphene-containing temperature-sensitive micro-gel by using de-ionized water for 5-7 days to obtain micro-gel additive; (iv) adding sodium hydroxide into 20-30 mg/ml chitosan to adjust pH to 6 plus minus 0.2, placing chitosan aqueous solution into dialysis bag, dialyzing by using phosphate buffer solution with pH of 7.4 for 5 days to obtain chitosan additive; and (v) mixing micro-gel additive and chitosan additive, and diluting with water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for environment-responsive aqueous lubricant, prepared by above method.
