NOVELTY - The preparation of thermally conductive grease involves adding graphene oxide with silane coupling agent, dissolving in ethanol solution, ultrasonically mixing for one hour, suction filtering and drying, mixing resulting silane coupling agent-modified graphene oxide with silicone oil, grinding the mixture using grinding machine until the particle size of mixture is not greater than 100 mu m, adding obtained mixture to an oven for high-temperature treatment and vacuum stirring. USE - Preparation of thermally conductive grease (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of thermally conductive grease, improves compatibility and affinity, reduces the thermal contact resistance between two interfaces, reduces graphene oxide using thermal reduction process, and improves thermal conductivity.
