The amount of titanium powder, silicon carbide powder, titanium carbide powder, aluminum powder and graphene material is 0.1-0.5 wt.%. USE - Self-lubricating composite material. ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating composite material has high purity, good interfacial bonding strength, excellent compatibility, mechanical and tribology properties, and can be prepared in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing self-lubricating composite material comprising selecting titanium powder, silicon carbide powder, titanium carbide powder, aluminum powder and graphene material, mixing the selected materials, dry grinding the obtained mixture in a vibrating ball mill to obtain mixed powder, and then carrying out spark plasma sintering on the mixed powder to obtain the product.
