▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Working clothes based on flexible sensing comprises 55-65 pts. wt. graft modified polyester fiber, 15-25 pts. wt. nano-modified material, 2-8 pts. wt. organic modifier, 4-10 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate and 1-3 pts. wt. polypropylene amine. The graft modified polyester fiber is prepared by (1) adding polyester fiber into silane coupling agent, reacting at 1-5 MPa for 10-20 minutes at 500-1000 revolutions/minute to obtain organic modified polyester fiber, (2) sending organic modified polyester fiber to graft material, high temperature reacting at 110-120 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and performing irradiation treatment to obtain grafted primary material, where the grafted primary material is maleic anhydride solution, and (3) adding the grafted primary material into sodium alginate solution for ultrasonic dispersion at 100-200 W for 20-30 minutes. USE - The working clothe is useful for dangerous place (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The working cloth has excellent flexibility, organic performance and insulating performance.
