NOVELTY - Manufacture of wear-resistant cutter head involves mixing xylene, butanol and butyl acetate, adding iron tetroxide, talc powder, nano-magnesia, diatomaceous earth and graphene, adding epoxy resin mixture to obtain a coating and applying coating on surface of the cutter head at 40-60 degrees C and pressure of 1-3 MPa for 2-4 hours. USE - Manufacture of wear-resistant cutter head for computer numerical control machine. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of wear-resistant cutter head with excellent wear resistance. The surface coating material does not fall off easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for wear-resistant cutter head manufactured by the method.
