NOVELTY - Polymer dispersed liquid crystal film comprises 30-40 pts. wt. acrylic-modified polyurethane, 10-20 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate diluent, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene nano-conductive particles, 40-50 pts. wt. de-foaming agent and 2-3 pts. wt. liquid crystal. USE - Polymer dispersed liquid crystal film. ADVANTAGE - The polymer dispersed liquid crystal film is easy to prepare, and has photoelectric characteristics, low driving voltage, good heat stability and good machine stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polymer dispersed liquid crystal film, which involves: (A) mixing acrylic-modified polyurethane, trimethylolpropane triacrylate diluent, graphene nano-conductive particles and de-foaming agent to obtain a polymer matrix of liquid crystal at room temperature; (B) stirring at a sped of 100-300 revolutions per minute for 60-120 minutes to obtain prepolymer slurry; (C) scraping prepolymer slurry and coating on rough surface of the release paper, where the coating thickness is 1-20mm, energy of the electron beam is 150-300 kiloelectron Volt; (D) curing from radiation for 0.1-0.3s to obtain cured film; and (E) peeling film from the release paper to obtain polymer dispersed liquid crystal film.
