NOVELTY - Preparation of composite pipe involves adding 1x 10-3-2 pts. wt. surface-treatment agent to 1-1000 pts. wt. solvent, stirring, adding 1-100 pts. wt. graphene powder, mixing, ultrasonically dispersing, drying, obtaining modified graphene powder, mixing 0.1-50 pts. wt. resultant product with 100 pts. wt. heat-resistant polyethylene resin, adding 0.1-10 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-10 pts. wt. dispersing agent, mixing, extruding, granulating, obtaining modified graphene powder/heat-resistant polyethylene mixed masterbatch and molding. USE - Preparation of composite pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite pipe having high mechanical strength and aging resistance, by economical process.
