▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In situ remediating contaminated media, comprises: introducing a suspension of a bioremediation composition into the contaminated media, where the bioremediation composition comprises a first bioremediation composition comprising a first blend of at least one electrolyte solution capable of ionic conduction; and a second bioremediation composition comprising a second blend of at least one active material and capable of electric conduction. USE - The method is useful for in situ remediating contaminated media (claimed) to enhance biodegradation rate. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides bioremediation systems designed to target petroleum hydrocarbons can take beneficial of biologically catalyzed oxidation reactions that can occur in aerobic or anaerobic environments; utilizes biosurfactant (rhamnolipids) improved stability of the dispersion and also contributed to the conductivity of the electrolyte solution; utilizes biocompatible surfactant compositions may also aid in improving the bioavailability of hydrophobic pollutants; provides naturally occurring microorganisms to reduce concentrations of environmental contamination have been achieved using electrochemical methods; and provides electrically conductive pathway using particles that can be dispersed through the contaminated media for the purpose of enhancing the rate of bioremediation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: compound for remediating contaminated media, comprising the first bioremediation composition and the second bioremediation composition; and ystem for remediation of contaminated media, comprising contaminated media comprising a first environment and is electrically connected to a second environment where an oxidation-reduction potential exists between the first environment and second environment, an external electrical circuit configured to be electrically coupled to the first environment and the second environment, the bioremediation composition comprising the first bioremediation composition and the second bioremediation composition.
