NOVELTY - Wearable zirconia ceramics comprises 45-55 pts. wt. zirconia, 8-12 pts. wt. barium oxide, 6-10 pts. wt. cerium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 10-12 pts. wt. cobalt oxide, 12-16 pts. wt. hydroxyapatite, 5-8 pts. wt. N,N'-methylenebis(acrylamide), 10-15 pts. wt. surfactant, 1.5-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent and 3-5 pts. wt. adhesive. USE - Wearable zirconia ceramics. ADVANTAGE - The wearable zirconia ceramics has zirconia crystal lattice deformation, improved recrystallization capability, improved hardness, enhanced wear resistance, enhanced antibacterial efficiency, enhanced thermal shock resistance, improved bending strength at high temperature, and improved fracture toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wearable zirconia ceramics, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide by placing graphite oxide in a deionized aqueous solution to prepare a solution, where mass ratio of graphite oxide and deionized aqueous solution is 1:2, dispersing obtained solution ultrasonically for 1 hours to obtain graphite oxide solution, and centrifuging obtained solution for 10 minutes in a high-speed centrifuge to obtain a relatively stable colloidal suspension of graphene oxide; (B) mixing obtained suspension of graphene oxide with zirconia, barium oxide, cerium oxide, zinc oxide, cobalt oxide, hydroxyapatite, N,N'-methylenebis(acrylamide), surfactant, graphene oxide, antibacterial agent and adhesive uniformly to obtain a mixture, putting mixture into a mold for vacuum deaeration, heating, solidifying, demolding and drying it to obtain blank; and (C) putting blank into box type furnace at temperature of 200-500 degrees C and degumming for 36-48 hours, discharging glue, putting blank in the corundum crucible, and sintering it at 1500-1650 degrees C to obtain final product.
