▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-polyaniline composite corrosion-resistant coating comprises 0.3-0.8 %mass graphene-polyaniline composite material, cured epoxy resin and zinc powder. The mass ratio of the graphene-polyaniline composite material to the zinc powder is (0.0075-0.03):4. USE - Graphene-polyaniline composite corrosion-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-polyaniline composite corrosion-resistant coating is prepared by simple process on large-scale, and has the electrochemical resistance of 105 ( Omega ), which achieves the performance indexes required in severe corrosive environment in the ocean. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-polyaniline composite corrosion-resistant coating, which involves mixing graphene and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate to obtain a solid, adding aniline and hydrochloric acid, reacting at 5 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate, reacting at 5 degrees C to obtain graphene-polyaniline, reacting an epoxy resin with curing agent to obtain a cured epoxy resin, mixing the graphene-polyaniline with a solvent, adding the cured epoxy resin and zinc powder, uniformly mixing, coating the mixture on the surface of the metal, and drying.
