NOVELTY - Preparing organosilicon composite magnetic material for low frequency alternating magnetic field shielding comprises (a) taking at least two of 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber matrix, 0-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-10 pts. wt.vulcanizing agent, 100-300 pts. wt. flake or/and soft magnetic powder with particle size of 50-500 mu m, 100-300 pts. wt. 500-1000 mesh magnetic powder and 50-200 pts. wt.nano-magnetic powder with a particle size of 20-100 nm, (b) placing flake or/and soft magnetic powder with particle size of 50-500 mu m, 500-1000 mesh magnetic powder and/or nano magnetic powder with particle size of 20-100 nm in nitrogen protective atmosphere furnace or avacuum heat treatment furnace, annealing and cooling to below 100 degrees C with furnace, (c) placing product obtained by annealing in step (b) and remaining raw material components in mixer for mixing to obtain rubber compound and (d) molding and vulcanizing rubber compound. USE - The method is useful for preparing organosilicon composite magnetic material for low frequency alternating magnetic field shielding. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes shielding of low-frequency interference magnetic fields below 200KHz; and enables magnetic interference protection of cables and lines during signal transmission. The organosilicon composite magnetic material has good magnetic permeability, mechanical flexibility and elasticity, which is conducive to the installation of cables. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for organosilicon composite magnetic material is prepared by the above mentioned method.
