NOVELTY - The method involves preparing and adding graphite oxide and graphene dispersing solution to an ultrasonic oscillator to obtain a uniform dispersion of graphite oxide solution. Reducing agent and the noble metal acid solution are added to the graphene dispersing solution. The graphene dispersing solution is heated, and trisodium citrate solution is added to the dispersing solution. The graphene dispersing solution is cooled at room temperature to obtain a solid compound. Vacuum drying of the solid compound is carried out at 45 degrees Celsius to obtain a graphite alkene compound. USE - Method for preparation of a graphene compound for selective sensitive detection of ammonia gas. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene compound with high sensitivity and simplifying process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The reducing agent comprises hydrazine hydrate and sodium borohydride.
