▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Paste rapid hardening material comprises 150-200 pts. wt. thickening aqueous solution, 75-100 pts. wt. cement, 2-5 pts. wt. chalcanthite, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-2.5 pts. wt. expanding agent and 1-3 pt. sodium lauryl sulfate. The granularity of each component in component A and component B is not less than 1000 meshes. USE - Paste rapid-setting material is used for coal rock crack-pore consolidation and preparation method used in coal rock sealing and reinforcing. ADVANTAGE - The paste body rapid hardening material satisfies the slurry conveying process needed pumping performance and can reach the coagulating time is short, shortening the construction period of the fast-strong solidification material, so as to realize the consolidation and sealing effect of the crack. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing quick-setting material for coal rock crack-pore sealing, which involves: 1. taking quicklime of the needed portion, dihydrate gypsum, anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, alkaline aqueous solution; 2. adding beaker A using glass rod to stir for 10 minutes, standing for further use and inserting thermometer to observe the temperature change of the solution; 3. taking the needed portion of graphene oxide expanding agent thickening aqueous solution into the beaker B, using glass rod to stir for 2 hours; 4. adding the needed parts of cement to stir for 10 hours, then adding the needed parts of bluestone stirring for 2-2 hours standing for further use; 5. and, preparing paste quick- solidifying and consolidating material when the temperature of the solution in the beaker A rises to 40degrees Celsius, adding the solution in the beaker B into the beaker A stirring for 10 min to form paste- shaped slurry of the paste quick-solidifying and consolidating material.
