NOVELTY - Graphene conductive ink comprises self-stabilized dispersed graphite ink nanomaterial, alcohol-water mixed solvent, and an ink binder according to the weight ratio of 1-50:200-1000:1-20. The self-stabilizing dispersed graphite ink nanomaterial is composed of sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate, natural flake graphite and alcohol-water mixed solvent are prepared by liquid phase stripping method. Where sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate is pi - pi conjugated, Physical adsorption and chemical grafting on the surface of the graphene. USE - Used as graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has stable dispersion, high electrical conductivity, excellent printing adaptability and excellent flexibility, and is expected to be applied to printing various flexible electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene conductive ink (i) ultrasonically treating a natural flake graphite, an alcohol-water mixed solvent and sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate, and obtaining a graphite dispersion in which sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate is completely dissolved, (ii) adding the above graphite dispersion into a grinder for grinding to obtain grinding slurry, (iii) centrifugally washing the above-mentioned polishing slurry with a washing solvent to obtain a precipitate, which is the self-stabilized dispersed graphene nanomaterial, and (iv) mixing above-mentioned self-stabilized dispersed graphene nano material, a binder and an alcohol-water mixed solvent and grinding.
