▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene far-infrared negative ion multifunctional software chip, comprises (1) adding silica aerogel microspheres to calcium acetate solution for adsorption treatment, filtering and drying to obtain pore-forming particles, (2) uniformly mixing the pore-forming particles obtained in step (1) with graphene, far-infrared powder, and negative ion powder, and then mixing with the fiber base material, and then spinning from solution to obtain primary fibers, (3) subjecting the primary fibers obtained in step (2) to steam heat treatment at 160-190℃, and vacuum drying to obtain porous fibers, and (4) weaving and molding porous fibers obtained in step (3), and then subjecting to soft finishing to obtain final product. USE - The graphene far-infrared negative ion multifunctional software chip is useful in socks, baby clothes, household fabric, outdoor clothes, vehicle interior trim, beautifying and sanitation material, friction material and filtering materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: introduces special pore-forming agent particles and high temperature steam heat treatment in the fiber matrix, which can obviously improve the softness and fluffy degree, solves the problem that the conventional inorganic functional nano-particle fiber material softness, bulkiness and bad ventilation property.
