▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-modified acrylic resin is prepared by using 2-6 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 14-18 pts. wt. styrene, 28-34 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 10-28 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 22-26 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, and 4-6 pts. wt. dibenzoyl oxide. USE - Graphene-modified acrylic resin. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified acrylic resin has excellent thermal conductivity, avoids the local overheating of the material, and improves the carbon formation rate and limit oxygen index of the material under synergistic effect, and has excellent flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-modified acrylic resin, which involves (1) adding 2-6 pts. wt. functionalized graphene and 10-28 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate to xylene solvent, placing in an atmospheric ultrasonic processor for ultrasonic dispersion, adding 14-18 pts. wt. styrene, 28-34 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 22-26 pts. wt. butyl acrylate and 4-6 pts. wt. initiator dibenzoyl peroxide in a nitrogen atmosphere, heating to 110-130 degrees C, reacting for 4-8 hours, applying the emulsion evenly in the PTFE mold, and drying to remove the solvent.
