NOVELTY - Improving yield of sesame oil comprises (i) washing sesame, soaking, filtering, washing, drying naturally in drum drying equipment, heating, roasting and frying in microwave to obtain pretreated sesame; (ii) drying sepiolite powder, calcining, cooling, grinding, adding graphene, carrageenan and water, heating, stirring uniformly under ultrasonic vibration and vacuum drying; and (iii) pressing pretreated sesame seeds and prefabricated materials, followed by naturally settling and using plate and frame filter press at room temperature precision filtration to get sesame oil. USE - The method is useful for improving yield of sesame oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, has high oiling rate, physical and chemical indexes of sesame oil reaches national first and second grade, residual oil in filter cake is 10-14 wt.% and sesame oil production capacity is 174-182kg/hour and produces high quality sesame oil.
