▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The laser source has a cover whose two ends are formed with a micro-optical annular resonant cavity that is fixed on an electrode. The electrode is covered with a graphene thin film that is matched with the micro-optical annular resonant cavity. The micro-optical annular resonant cavity is matched with a silicon dioxide substrate that is provided with a micro-optical fiber ring, where thickness of the graphene thin film is 0.38 nm. The graphene thin film is formed as a rectangular-shaped structure. The graphene thin film is made gold material. USE - Graphene micro optical fiber ring modulation and pulse fiber laser source for a sensing and communication system. ADVANTAGE - The laser source generates laser with narrow width, better adjustable effect and better practicability. The laser source improves frequency domain width upto 2-3 k, maximum modulation speed upto 10 G and signal noise ratio upto 20 dB.
