NOVELTY - Graphene-modified silicon-titanium nano-polymer slurry comprises 40-60 pts. wt. titanium hydride, 2-5 pts. wt. activated silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene modified by silane coupling agent, 10-30 pts. wt. silicon modified epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. active diluting agent, 2-10 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. wetting agent and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. wetting additives. USE - The nano-polymer slurry is useful in heavy-duty anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-polymer slurry: greatly improves the anti-medium permeability of the formed coating through graphene super resistance to gas and liquid permeability and the silicon-titanium graphene network structure; gives the coating super stability; is not easy to react with various media e.g. acid, alkali and salt, not easy to be consumed to form pores, and less likely to react with corrosive media to generate soluble salt or cathode loose expansion products; has stable coating composition and structure for long time without being damaged; and improves the coatings adhesion, hardness, toughness, abrasion and crack resistance and other comprehensive anti-corrosion properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparing nano-polymer slurry, comprising mixing titanium hydride, activated silicon dioxide, silane coupling agent modified graphene, silicon modified epoxy resin, active diluting agent, N-methylpyrrolidone, dispersant, coupling agent, catalyst, wetting agent and wetting additives, performing low-temperature nano ball milling to obtain graphene-modified silicon-titanium nano-polymer slurry, where the temperature of the low-temperature nano ball mill is 50-70 degrees C.
