NOVELTY - In-situ particulate coating on hollow fiber membranes involves pumping, through an outer annular orifice of a spinneret, homogeneous polymeric dope solution comprising a polymeric material, a pore forming additive and a predetermined solvent, pumping, through an inner tube of the spinneret, uniform suspension of a bore solution, allowing, fibers to be pulled through from a coagulation bath placed at a predetermined air gap/distance from the spinneret, and rinsing the fibers in a rinse bath to obtain particulate coated hollow fiber membranes USE - Method for in-situ particulate coating on hollow fiber membranes (HFM) in separation processes including dialysis, hemodialysis, ultrafiltration, hemofiltration, plasma filtration, blood separation, drug release in artificial organs and water filtrations in electronic and pharmaceutical industries. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has excellent packing density, higher surface area per unit volume, and self-supporting capability. It can be easily scaled-up into large modules for large scale production and operation and require lower cost of separation as compared to flat sheet (FS) membranes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method of fabricating a graphene oxide GO coated hollow fiber membrane; and(2) a hollow fiber membrane module comprising a plurality of graphene oxide GO coated hollow fiber membrane HFM obtained by a method comprising: pumping.
