NOVELTY - Wear-resistant coating comprises 30-40 pts. wt. fluorobenzene modified polymer based on adamantylbenzene with silicon and nitrogen structure, 10-15 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyaryletherketone containing carboxy group, 25-35 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 1-2 pts. wt. boron-doped graphene quantum dots, 2-3 pts. wt. rare earth oxide nanoparticles, 2-4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent and 18-25 pts. wt. co-solvent. USE - Used as wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good comprehensive performance, stable performance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the wear-resistant coating, comprising mixing the raw materials, uniformly dispersing by a high-speed disperser, then grinding by a sand mill for 20-30 minutes, and filtering.
