NOVELTY - A thermosetting crosslinked hot-melt adhesive film comprises 50-70 pts. wt. TPU, 40-60 pts. wt. composite crosslinking agent, 15-25 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. heat-resistant filler, 5-10 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler, and 3-8 pts. wt. light stabilizer. USE - Thermosetting crosslinked hot-melt adhesive film. ADVANTAGE - The thermosetting crosslinked hot-melt adhesive film has excellent high temperature resistance, heat-conducting effect, and aging resistance by adding light stabilizer, and uses multi-component crosslinking agent, main crosslinking agent and cross-linking aid, which ensure maximum reduction of production cost on the basis of rapid crosslinking, due to the synergistic effect. The combination of phenolic resin and heat-resistant filler system greatly enhances the temperature resistance of the film and improves the corrosion resistance. The inside of the film has excellent whisker channels to accelerate heat conductivity by adding heat-conducting filler. The proportion and total amount of various additives are not large relative to the traditional formulation, but the reaction speed is fast, the curing degree is high and the thermal conductivity is improved.
