▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing oxidized graphene by catalysis of hydrocarbons involves (a) mixing the liquid metal and the hydrocarbon and catalyzing to obtain a mixture, where the liquid metal remains liquid during the catalysis process, and the mass ratio of liquid metal to hydrocarbons is 0.01-50:1 and the liquid metal comprises a first liquid metal and a second liquid metal; (b) selecting a first liquid metal from gallium, indium, tin, sodium and potassium; (c) selecting second liquid metal from aluminum, zinc, silver, gold, copper, nickel or platinum; and (d) separating the mixture to obtain hydrogen and the oxidation graphene. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene by catalysis of hydrocarbon. ADVANTAGE - The method uses liquid metal homogeneous catalyst in the air at a lower temperature to realize the technical solution of preparing oxidized graphene by fast and directly dehydrogenating hydrocarbon, which solves the problem of polluting the environment by by-products such as carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), waste acid, and wastewater containing heavy metal ions, and the reaction cycle is long, the types of raw materials are small, the catalyst is deactivated at high temperature, and the efficiency of continuous operation is low and the method can be used in the safe, green, and in convenient high-efficiency production of graphene oxide with sufficient source of raw materials.
