▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A synergistic graphene nanotube-silicone rubber composite material is made by mixing, pressing and vulcanization molding 100 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 38-42 pts. wt. raw rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. hexamethyl disilazane, 0.7-1 pts. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-t-butylperoxy hexane, 2.5-3 pts. wt. silicone oil and 1-3 pts. wt. vinyl carbon nanotube. USE - Synergistic graphene nanotube-silicone rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved thermal oxidation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of synergistic graphene nanotube-silicone rubber composite material comprising: (A) mixing 100 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber and crude rubber for 30-50 degrees C for 1-10 minutes; (B) adding 38-42 pts. wt. white carbon black, 10-15 pts. wt. hexamethyl disilazane and 2.5-3 pts. wt. silicone oil in the methyl vinyl silicone rubber and raw rubber, uniformly mixing for 10-15 minutes to make a methyl vinyl silicone rubber adhesive; (C) mixing uniformly adhesive material added with 1-3 pts. wt. graphite and 1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, mixing uniformly for 5-10 minutes; (D) mixing uniformly, adding 0.7-1 pts. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-t-butylperoxy hexane, rolling for 10-15 minutes; (E) mixing uniformly adhesive material into the mold at 160-200 degrees C and 5-12 MPa, heat pressing for 5-15 minutes, and cooling cured film; and (F) placing the cured film at 190-220 degrees C for 3-5 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature at 20-25 degrees C.
