NOVELTY - Low-cost and environment-friendly preparation process of bisphenol S, comprises (i) adding phenol into the reaction kettle, rotating at 200-300 rpm and 110-120degreesC, adding concentrated sulfuric acid with stirring, reacting for 1-1.5 hours at 120-130degreesC; (ii) adding phenol, reacting at 150-160degreesC; (iii) after the reaction was completed, under the condition of 110-120degreesC, removing the water produced by the reaction by distillation, and recovering phenol by distillation at 185degreesC. USE - The method is useful for low-cost and environment-friendly preparation process of bisphenol S. ADVANTAGE - When the corrosion-resistant coating is sprayed inside the reactor, the upper N atoms and O atoms of the reinforcing filler can interact with the metal ions interact to form chelates, which are adsorbed on the surface of the metal substrate, which makes the adhesion effect of the paint film better, and at the same time prevents the corrosion of sulfuric acid. The existence of nano-silica and graphene further enhances the corrosion resistance of the paint, making the reaction kettle acid resistance to be higher, which further reduces the preparation cost.
