▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A method for preparing lithium-ion battery, involves (1) soaking a negative electrode in naphthalene lithium solution, and leaching to obtain a negative electrode sheet, (2) mixing positive electrode active substance, conductive agent and agglomerant to obtain a first mixture, mixing the first mixture, additive and organic solvent to obtain positive electrode slurry, coating the positive electrode slurry on one side of a positive electrode current collector, and drying to obtain a positive electrode sheet, and (3) assembling the negative electrode sheet, positive electrode sheet and membrane, and injecting liquid to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing lithium-ion battery for electronic device (both claimed) and electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the lithium naphthalene solution to perform pre-lithiation treatment to the negative electrode, which safely and efficiently supplements lithium ion to the battery system. The method is added with proper amount of additive material in the sheet, positive electrode that the conductivity and over-charging ability of the ferric phosphate lithium system is improved, so as to improve the electrochemical performance and safety performance of the battery. The positive electrode has excellent conductivity and anti-overcharging ability, effectively improves the transmission rate of the lithium reduces the gas generated by electrolyte decomposition at high temperature, and reduces the irreversible capacity loss caused by forming the SEI film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1.a lithium ion battery; and 2. an electronic device.
