▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Light weight and high-strength cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene composite film is claimed. The light weight and high-strength cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene composite film I prepared by (i) mixing cellulose nanocrystalline solution with graphene oxide solution, stirring uniformly and carrying out ultrasonication to obtain uniformly dispersed cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene oxide mixed solution, (ii) carrying out film formation of uniformly dispersed cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene oxide mixed solution and then drying to obtain cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene oxide film, and (iii) reducing use reducing agent, and then cleaning the residual reducing agent on the surface, then carrying out mechanical compression and drying to obtain cellulose nanocrystal/graphene composite film. USE - The cellulose nanocrystalline/graphene composite film is useful for electromagnetic shielding isolation film in the field of aerospace, various portable electronic products, portable wear resistance electronic equipment and other fields of electromagnetic shielding film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic shielding film has the characteristics of ultra-thin, hydrophobic, flexible, and high mechanical strength, which makes up for the defects of poor mechanical strength and large thickness of existing carbon-based electromagnetic shielding materials; and rapidly growing field of flexible electronics.
