NOVELTY - A weather-resistant barrier polyester film comprises weather resistant layer laminated on two sides of barrier layer of weather-resistant polyester film. The barrier layer contains sheet-shaped graphene, which is sulfuric acid oxidation-treated graphene. The barrier layer sheet-shaped graphene has average thickness of 1.0-5.0 nm, and diameter of 1.0-10.0 mu m. USE - A weather-resistant barrier polyester film is used for photovoltaic cell. ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant barrier polyester film has excellent weather resistance and barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for producing weather-resistant barrier polyester film comprising: (A) making semi-finished graphene master batch with graphene oxide content of 10-30% and intrinsic viscosity of 0.55-0.65 dl/g by polyester synthesis method; making sheet-shaped graphene oxide into ethylene glycol dispersion, when esterification phase of polyester synthesis is completed, performing polycondensation process, when the intrinsic viscosity reaches the requirements, discharging and pelletizing to make graphite with a content of 10-30%; (B) putting the semi-finished product of graphene master batch into a thickening drum, vacuum solid phase tackification until the intrinsic viscosity reaches the required temperature, and then discharging to cool the final graphene masterbatch solid phase to an intrinsic viscosity of 0.68-0.78 dl/g to obtain the final graphene master batch; and (C) coextruding the weather-resistant layer material and the barrier layer material on multilayer co-extruded film-making device, longitudinally stretching, transversely stretching, thermal shaping, cooling and coiling to obtain weather-barrier property polyester film.
