▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Zinc-based battery cathode material comprises graphene sheet coated with zinc-based hydrotalcite, and connected to each other to form a three-dimensional network structure, where amount of the zinc based hydrotalcite in the material is 65-95%, coating thickness of the graphene is 0.5-10 nm, the planar size of the graphene is 500 nm to 50 mu m, the shape of zinc based hydrotalcite is hexagonal or similarly round, and has diameter of 100 nm 5 mu m. USE - The composite material is useful: as cathode of battery including zinc-nickel battery, zinc-air battery, zinc manganese battery and silver-zinc battery (claimed); and in various portable electronic devices, electric automobile and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high conductivity, super excellent high-rate performance and excellent circulation stability, low cost raw materials with high repeatability, simple process, less time consumption process, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing zinc-based battery cathode material comprising (i) taking zinc based hydrotalcite or zinc based hydrotalcite precursor with graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing in water and/or organic solvent, reacting in a normal pressure reactor or hydrothermal kettle at 20-300 degrees C, where the mass ratio of zinc based hydrotalcite or precursor to graphene oxide is 0.8-50:1, the zinc based hydrotalcite is binary or ternary zinc-based hydrotalcite, the zinc based hydrotalcite precursor is zinc salt, aluminum salt, magnesium salt, cupric salt, cerium salt, lanthanum salt, carbonate and/or sodium hydroxide, the organic solvent is ethanol, propanol, ethylene glycol, isopropanol and/or methyl pyrrolidone, the reaction is hydrothermal reaction, solvent thermal reaction and/or precipitation reaction, and (ii) vacuum drying, freeze drying and supercritical drying method to obtain solid product.
