NOVELTY - Graphene copper pantograph skateboard material comprises 2-11 wt.% graphene, 30.5-60.5 wt.% copper powder, 1-19 wt.% iron powder, 8-37 wt.% coke, 1-5 wt.% carbon nanotube, 0.4-6.2 wt.% graphite fiber, and 0.06-0.25 wt.% additive. USE - The material: is useful for high-speed trains (claimed); and is useful for electrical contact materials for low-speed vehicles e.g. metro. ADVANTAGE - The material: is simple to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene copper pantograph skateboard material comprising (1) uniformly dispersing the graphene, additives and carbon nanotubes in 8.5% polyvinyl alcohol solution, where the mass ratio of graphene to polyvinyl alcohol is 1:10; sequentially adding copper powder, iron powder, coke and graphite fiber to the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring the mixed solution; (2) vacuum drying the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) at 30-50 degrees C; and (3) taking out the dried material, placing in hot pressurizing tank, directly hot pressing by vacuum hot pressing, where the pressure at the time of hot pressing is 40-120 MPa, and the temperature is 850-1200 degrees C, heat preservation time is 8-20 minutes, and obtaining graphene copper pantograph skateboard material.
