▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves applying a mask material to a substrate, and shaping the mask material to cover at least a portion of the substrate that is not to be electrically conductive. The method also involves depositing a graphene material onto the substrate over the shaped mask material, and subsequently removing the mask material. USE - Method of producing a substrate provided with shaped graphene material electrically conductive region, such as a textile or fiber material (claimed) provided with graphene material electrically conductive region. ADVANTAGE - The use of the method results in the production of a substrate upon which graphene material is deposited, the graphene material being of a desired shape and size, thus resulting in the substrate having an electrically conductive region of a desired shape and size formed on it. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a diagrammatic representation of steps of the method of producing a substrate provided with shaped graphene material electrically conductive region.
