NOVELTY - High toughness graphene oxide melamine resin comprises 50-70 pts. wt. melamine, 30-50 pts. wt. para-formaldehyde, 6-10 pts. wt. 23% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 3-5 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 5-8 pts. wt. propylene glycol and 2-5 pts. wt. filler. USE - Used as high toughness graphene oxide melamine resin. ADVANTAGE - The resin has strong wear resistance, high tensile tear strength and good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high toughness graphene oxide melamine resin, comprising mixing melamine, para-formaldehyde, 23% aqueous sodium hydroxide and alkaline pH regulator, heating to 90-110 degrees C, stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding graphene oxide, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 1-2 hours, stirring, obtaining gel-type graphene oxide melamine resin, mixing the filler and propylene glycol, stirring to obtain the filler solution, adding the graphene oxide melamine resin with acidic pH adjuster and surfactant, reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 5-6 hours, stirring, adding flexibilizer and filler, stirring, mixing, placing the resulting product in oven at 85 degrees C and drying.
